Muellners Foundation maintains a self-governed Treasury which manages the Trust’s artefacts.
This Treasury is nothing but a machine, accessible from anywhere on the planet. All you need is a network connection.

The control of the Trust’s artefacts is vested in the Articles of the Association of the Open Constitution AI. That’s what this machine is labelled as, in our scientific reports, white papers, intellectual property papers.

Humans can interact with this machine, using a guidance library of articles. This bio-informatics network learns in similar way as human thought process.

This networked machine or the Trust’s configuration is alive since the Trust began to be statutorily established in 2019. Its current aggregate data residency is in Asia and Europe.

A lay person can think of this network as a thought machine also, and the guidance constitution docs decide how this machine thinks using deep learning models.

Muellners Foundation Trust provides its beneficiaries, data residency rights for interacting with the planet Earth’s shared resource: a computing network – Open Constitution AI.

Muellners Foundation is maintained by a Trustee Council who service Foundation’s legal basis, wherever Foundation grants access to its advanced intelligence.

Do the Founders run Muellners Foundation?

No, the Founders do not run the Muellners Foundation.
Muellners Foundation was set up in Jan 2019, and the Foundation’s AI network is public since Dec 2019.
The Founders have simply granted to the public, access to their Intellectual assets by establishing the Trust. In this process, they have extended their own natural person’s legal personhood, for the service of humanity.

The Founder’s intellectual assets set up the protocols to self govern the AI network. Once the governance articles were reduced to practice to general public, Founders became detached from the Trust’s growing pool of intellectual assets to make room for the non Founding members to interact legally with the Private Trust’s AI.

Although, you will find them in the Foundation communications network, working on different programs just like any other member of the Foundation.

How does the Foundation maintain this machine that distributes Private Trust’s grant to public?

Foundation, in context of law and observation of human rights in a civil society, is a legal construct for an organization principle of human beings around specific set of defined protocols. These form the Statutes of the Foundation, which govern the organization of knowledge base that human interact with through the Trust’s social capital network.

Muellners Foundation has placed this governance model into the machine’s ‘neural’ design.

There is a small family office in Copenhagen, Denmark that is only there to ensure Foundation’s vintage. The family office oversees co-ordination of Foundation’s autonomous initiatives with active legal and compliance reviews in states to maintain an irrevocable entitlements to the Global Trust’s grant in all defined tax residencies on the planet Earth.
